WHAT IS ACTUALLY INSIDE
Four documents, and what each one is for.
These are working files, not lead magnets dressed up as guides. Each one exists because I got tired of rebuilding the same checklist from memory on the fourth client project in a row. They are written for someone doing the work, so they assume you can read a crawl export and know what a canonical tag is.
The SEO-Preserving Migration Checklist
Forty-one checks across four phases: baseline crawl, URL mapping, redirect build, and post-launch comparison. The important half is the pre-launch section — a redirect map written from a real crawl is arithmetic, while one written after launch is guesswork. Includes the redirect-chain flattening step most teams skip, and the metadata diff that catches templates quietly overwriting hand-tuned titles.
Website Health Scorecard
A twenty-minute self-audit scored across four axes: speed, SEO, conversion, and upkeep. You score each line 0–2 and total it, which forces a priority order instead of a wish list. Most sites that run it discover their biggest problem is not the one they were about to spend money on.
Framer Launch Checklist
Everything to verify between “it looks finished” and hitting publish. Page-level SEO settings, canonical behaviour on CMS templates, analytics and consent firing order, redirect table, custom code slots, 404 handling, and a performance pass on the three heaviest pages. Five experiments that are low-effort and high-signal for B2B sites, with setup notes and the minimum traffic each needs before the result means anything. Deliberately short — a library of fifty experiments you never run is worth less than five you do.

You are moving platforms
Start with the Migration Checklist, then run the Launch Checklist the week before you go live. The two are designed to be used in sequence.
The site is live but underperforming
Traffic is fine, conversion is not
Go straight to the CRO Experiment Library. Traffic problems and conversion problems need opposite fixes, and treating one as the other wastes a quarter.
HONESTY
Why these are free, plainly.
Because most of the value in this work is in doing it consistently, not in knowing the steps. The checklists tell you what to check. They do not do the crawl, write the redirect map, rebuild the templates, or argue with you about which pages deserve to survive a merge.
